"Same. Who's your roommate?" Alexis asked. She didn't really care who it was, but she was just attempting to converse to pass the time. As she walked, backwards, she studied his face and him as best as possible. He and the whole hall looked grey and faded and then there was the occasional glare of a light that caused her to avert her eyes to the floor.
