"The plastic kind are just awful," Allen complained, making a very dramatic frown for effect.

Haley pulled her arm away and turned her gaze to the floor, not wanting to admit the touch was slightly painful. "It's nothing," she insisted quietly. Glancing behind him, she tried to change the subject. "How did you get the key?" She asked.

"But the plastic kind are perfect for you." Ashton said as she moved to the table to sit and eat.

Ryker finished the physical part of the examination and replied, "Now the x-ray to make sure. Your stitches are healed, that's a good sign. "

Razeth looked away from Laurel to look to Ryker. "What is this treatment that heals so fast?"

Ryker smiled and shook his head, "It's a very special treatment and you are very fortunate it became available when you needed it." Is all he say on that matter.
Laurel listened to Ryker intently, flinching as she used her hands to support her as she sat up. She saw the bruises on both hands, and was reminded of how completely terrified she had been at the thought of Razeth dieing. She was nearly brought to tears with the realization of how truly grateful she was that Razeth was still here with her. Scooting closer behind Razeth, Laurel gently leaned against his back, wrapping her arms around his waist in silence.
