Vasper took up a plate and guessed what Haley might like.
(Where did the cafeteria come from, btw? My mansion does not have a cafeteria, it has a dining hall with a adjoining kitchen. WI think a table set up buffet style with the offered foods. FYI. Who said cafeteria first, so I can kick them in the butt?! )

Allen chuckled at her reply as he, too, walked away, but in the opposite direction.


( There, there, Nicky I think it just got confused with cafeteria from the school, and we've been using it interchangeably at the mansion.)

(I pictured it as a big fancy kitchen with a large informal dining hall off of it. But I haven't been here since the beginning so if I got it wrong let me know. )

"I don't know" Zoe said then moved away and started to pace. "We have no plans made to even get off this island, much less what we will do once or if we reach the mainland."

Donella took a moment on her next choice before passing the paper back again, this time with a smiley face to the side as well

"I don't know" Zoe said then moved away and started to pace. "We have no plans made to even get off this island, much less what we will do once or if we reach the mainland."

Elliot replied "Let's just hope Ryker sends us on a mission and escape that way. How does that sound. It'll be the only logical way out. Leaving now would be to risky." He added, softly "And I couldn't lose my vixen right after I found her."

Lilith smiled, before admitting with a shade of scarlet on her cheeks "I watched movies that had people kissing so I could practice for you hopefully one day." She looked down, embarrassed, her blush growing.

Maddox sat them upright in the water and turned her face towards him. He smiled gently at her blush and embarrassment. "That's not the craziest thing I have ever heard, and its certainly nothing to be embarrassed by. If anything I am flattered you did it at all." He replied as he closed the distance between them and gave her a gentle kiss.

Gideon had flinched at Nova's anger and cowered down expecting a blow. When he wasn't struck, he watched her leave through tearful eyes, before he turned to go to the only friend he'd ever had. Ashton.

Nova raced up the stairs, bursting out of the roof door to take flight as soon as she cleared it. She almost couldn't see as she flew up and up, going as high as she could go. People knew...how many people knew? Had he told anyone? ...Did he really believe it hadn't been her fault? No, the records called it accidental, she had made certain of that herself. It said she had tried to save her friend.
Why had she let anyone near her now? Why did she think she could join in and be anything at all like others even here? Why did she think she deserved anyone like Anuerin? Anuerin...the vial shards. She dropped her height and looked to the mansion then away, out over the ocean. She saw only two choices, use the shards and make an 'accident' or fly away from here. How far was it to land? ...No, all she knew was this place, this island, this life. She didn't know how to live anywhere else and no matter how high she flew, she never saw land but, maybe that was better? She glided along the air currents uncertainly for a long time before going high again, picking a direction and just flying that way.

Lilith smiled, and nodded shyly. She kissed him back softly, before pushing him underwater suddenly and ran to shore, officially starting a game of tag.

Zoe nodded and held him close, not wanting to think about what this meant for them with Ryker if he ever heard of these plans.
