Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Ava went to the art room, going over to the paints to get some set up and her paper on the easel then started to add color to the sketch. She wasn't going to say anything else about the girl for now.
Zaine took a seat near the edge of the room but at a good angle he could watch the painting from. While Ava set up her items, he flipped trough his biology textbook to go over—for the umpteenth time—what he had missed the day before.

Dimitri replied as he sat down beside Alexis. "My dear Alexis, what you've so easily overlooked was in don't mind getting in trouble. I'm a trouble maker. Didn't you mother warn you about boys like me?" He gave her a smirk. He then got his crème brûlée and held it up, " I even eat dessert first!" He added excitedly.
Alexis frowned slightly at the mention of her mother. That was something that, for the first time in five years, she hadn't given much thought to. Maybe that was a good thing, that she'd settled in enough in this new location to put her past behind her, if only for the day. She pushed the thought away and returned to the present. "Looks like crème brûlée; smells like crème brûlée; but does it taste like crème brûlée?" She said as she eyed it suspiciously.

Donella looked over to her as she found a place to sit "Yesterday. I skipped classes all day. Most of the day I hid in my room, but I came out to try to find a place outside and found that door." She shrugged a little and looked down to her hands, reaching for her milk and something to eat from the tray Andorra had made for them.
Andorra was quietly listening. Not that she did that voluntary, but her mouth was busy eating. She looked around her at all her friends. She wasn't daft, she knew they thought her to be annoying. But they liked her anyway. That in her book, made them more like family.

Ava was soon engrossed in the painting, forgetting anyone was with her since he was quiet. She kept pushing back her hair, getting some paint in it for a while before she growled softly and set down her brush to throw her hair into a quick bun, using a clean brush to hold it in place so she could finish.

Vasper stepped from the elevator slowly. He glanced to the door as it shut behind him. He then frowned at her gentle tone. "I'm not a coward and I'm not afraid of him. I don't want to see him because..... I'll stay out in the hallway is that's fine with you." Vasper growled with grumpiness.
"I wasn't implying that you were a coward." Amaryllis gently corrected, frowning at Vasper's unsettled anger. She stepped away from Vasper to knock urgently at the door of the lab.

"You tell me......no, don't. Just let me live in blissful denial if it's not. I'll never know the difference. " Dimitri said as he took a big bite, he closed his eyes and moaned softly." So good!" He mumbled.

Zaine glanced up occasionally from his book to see the progress, but soon he set the book down entirely. It was mesmerizing, watching a simple scene on canvas come to life with mere strokes of the brush.

(Sorry, I lost track of what happening's at the school, so please let me know if I say something wrong. I am bringing Cyra back, if anyone wants to rp with her.)
Cyra entered the cafeteria with a less chipper mood than what was usual for her. Going to the counter she chose a few select food chooses that she could remember being listed as a meal option Ioan gave her permission to eat. She was so tired of her life being controlled so strictly, and was even more lonely without the company of her friends.

(Would anyone like to reply to this or should I make a few more posts before someone joins in? :) )

Alexis watched his reaction with amusement. "Dork," she said, chuckling as she pulled a fork from the utensil packet and reached for her own dish of crème brûlée.
