Laughing, Alexis stopped her backwards walking to take a step forward—or would you consider it backward?—to take his hand in her freshly dried one. "When you put it like that, you're just so utterly irresistible," she joked. She tilted her head slightly, listening for approaching footsteps or voices, before pushing up on her tip toes to kiss him lightly on the cheek.
Lilith turned around at him, smiling as he came into the dark room. She whispered "We're like bats. Or vampires. Or evil Angels." She giggled at her own childish comment before heading over to help him and shut the door.
"Well which one?" Victor asked a bit demandingly.
Areum gasped at the wondrous sight, noting "Its beautiful." She smiled, standing on her tippy toes as if to see farther out on the cerulean waves, before smiling and thanking him for taking her there.
Nova's feathers ruffled again at his name and she frowned. "He really needs to learn when to quit" She said then sighed and held a hand out for the file. "Likely he will ask if I read the thing if he went so far as to go to you. He broke into my file earlier and read it."(Wait for it......wait for it...)
"Oh, that would explain why you weren't her earlier. Is something going on with you and Gideon? He asked me to bring you his unclassified file. He said it was very important you see it in its entirety. Of course, I'll need it back when you're done. " Ryker asked pointedly.
Casey smiled happily, returning the hug but letting Amara go when she pulled back. He wasn't certain what to say, but he was glad he had come here now. He liked having new friends. He shook his head at the mention of braiding his hair. "I don't think that would look good on me."
Rowan looked out over the water and nodded, thinking. She had made good time to get out here and had endurance, so that was good. "Do you swim?"
Dimitri sighed softly at her tender affection. "Aw, thanks. I've never been called that one before. " He said all bashful. "And I'll never wash that cheek again."
"Now that's just gross," Alexis muttered, but her face was all amusement at that prospect.
Ryker glanced to her feathers as they ruffled and tipped his head curiously before he handed over Gideon's file. "He did? I can't believe he got through my firewalls again. He's aggravating, yet at the same time impressively persistent. I named him Gideon for a reason. Anyway, take your time and for heavens sake, get some rest." He replied as he turned to leave, only to pause, " Oh, you haven't seen Anuerin have you?" He asked curiously.
