Sophia followed, rather nervously. Once inside their room, she put on her hoodie and sweatpants, packed up the little she had in her suitcase, and waited for Zaiden.

(just curious, did Ryker not even bother to send some sort of guard with them? Or a tracker on them? Seems like they could easily, like they are right now, just pack up and not return to him. They could also as easily just go to somebody and reveal the location and everything about the labs )

I know that there must be something terribly wrong about me for them to treat me as they have, but I haven't figured it out yet." Laurel believed this with all her heart as she looked up at Ryker with solemn grey eyes. "Not many people tell me the truth, so I begging you to be honest. What is wrong with me?"She asked, eyes full of sorrow.
