Alexis closed the bathroom door behind her then eyed the room critically. She was grateful for the state in which Kenya had left the bathroom, and for the fact that it was only she and Kenya using it. Before the lab, before everything changed, she had had to share a bathroom with her messy brothers. That was never fun.
Alexis changed quickly and brushed her teeth, then returned to the bedroom to finish gathering her books and get her boots.
