Aneurin hid in the shadows near the door as it was opening. As a dark figure entered Aneurin lept towards the man and tranquilized him, letting him drop to the floor before arming himself with the man's guns and devices.

Haley left the conversation at that. It seemed best to keep quiet now, chit chat later.

Gently Zaiden wrapped his arm around Sophia's shoulders. He watched her expression fearful of her response. He hadn't had a reason to be affection before now, and was unsure of this change since it was something he had never known.

Sophia looked up at him in appreciation. She snuggled closer and rested her head against his chest.

"Stay here." Aneurin ordered. He bound the man's hands and feet before dragging his body out the door and locking it behind him. After a while the engine was heard from the front of the vehicle as it was started, and Aneurin drove the van away from its location.

Amaryllis watched Aneurin while obeying his command as she remained in the place she sat. Her face suddenly paled and she looked to Haley for confirmation of something she had noticed, but was so distraught that she struggled to form the words.

Letting out a sigh of relief, Zaiden's tenseNess faded. He eased closed to her.

Once Aneurin closed the door, Haley didn't worry as much about being completely quiet. She decided to venture a question. "Do you know what's going on?" She asked in a voice hardly above a whisper.

Leverett grinned broadened. "Ma petite, I was only teasing you. Perhaps I have no talent for such things. But I still enjoy the effort. " He said humorously.
