Sebastian nodded his head slightly,"That sounds great, sir. I would enjoy that." There was enough room in the hallway so he spread his wings, letting the tips skim the walls.

"Good." Ryker stated as he glanced back at the quiet brushing of Sebastian's feathers against the walls. He then opened the door at the end of the hallway and stepped through, fully confident Sebastian would follow him in.

Sebastian retracted his wings to fit through the door. He was beginning to get a little hopeful. Maybe they were going into the outside world to eat? It had been so long.. But people tended to find his pitch black eyes a tad unnerving. He followed him through the door.

Dimitri looked at Zaine's offered hand, as he wiped his own on his pants to clean it of any offending sweat, before he took it. "Yeah, sure! I'm glad you are giving me another chance. You won't regret it." He said humbly.

Alexis just grinned as reply. She suddenly had a thought and changed the subject. "Uh, just realized this school is pretty big. And besides my room, I'm not sure where I'll find Kenya, unless we intend to wander all over this place," she stated, skepticism about this task showing clearly on her face.

Ryker headed out the front door to the waiting sedan and got in the drivers seat. He buckled up as he waited on Sebastian.

"Well, we could go sit in the community room, maybe she'll be there or at least come through at some point." Andorra offered helpfully.

"Oh, yay! Now that sounds like fun." Andorra replied with little enthusiasm. She wasn't a fan of homework, but knew Alexis was right, it was better to get it over with.

"Same," Zaine replied, though he had one idea he wanted to carry out. He was curious about the girl he had sat next to in math class. They had only exchanged helloes, but that raised enough interest on his part to talk to her more. Only problem was, he wasn't sure how to find her until tomorrow at math. "Well. I think I'll go put my stuff in the room," he said, turning abruptly.

Sebastian got into the passenger seat. "Are we going to leave the compound, sir?" He noticed a fresh unopened water bottle in the cup holder but he chose not to grab it. He could last the drive.

"No, we just came out to the car for privacy. Yes, we are leaving the laboratories. Unless you'd like to stay here?" Ryker asked, slightly amused. "Oh, that water is for you." He added as he started the engine and put it in gear.
