"I see how this is gonna be," Allen nodded. He didn't mind telling his past. There was nothing special or secretive to it. Plus, he was in a talkative mood. "Let's see here. My grandparents were German. They moved to the great big ole US of A in hopes of a better future, like everyone else. They worked hard, but you know how it is. They didn't win the lottery or nothing, and people weren't so sure about hiring Germans, so they had a tough time of it. But you probably want to hear more about me," he grinned as he said the last statement. He went over to the wall across from Yhgiilra and sat down before continuing. About himself. "The apple didn't fall too far from the tree it would seem. I got two older brothers, then a sister, several year younger than me. By the time she come my parents are already having a real tough time of things." He frowned, deep in thought with the recollection of these memories. "Anyway, I wasn't an easy child and I knew it. And probably because I knew it, I got worse. When I was eleven we were living in a run down trailer park. Some kids round there and me got in trouble. All the time. Fights, petty thievery, trespassing. Nothing major, mind you, just little things to pass our time." His tone lightened up as more recent events came to mind. He, in fact, very much enjoyed those "little things". "Little went to bigger to big and more frequent. Thieving wasn't much fun, nor was trespassing, but what I really enjoyed was the fighting. There's a strange, sick, thrill in it. Especially once you actually were good enough to win. My father, who knows how many times, told me to knock it off or I'd be in big trouble. But he was too much of a softie, and I was bigger than him, for him to spank me or punish me severely. So I of course continued. I guess the fight that got me gone was when I broke this kid's collarbone. It was an accident, for the most part. I didn't mean to hit him hard enough to break bones. He was picking on my sister, and more than just harmless little teasing, so I challenged him to a fight that night. Ha. My father found out the next evening when the kid's mom called up. To punish me, what d'ya think he did? He put me out of the house for the night. And I stayed out. Never looked back." Allen finished and looked up slowly to see what Yhgiilra would say.
(There. You asked for his past
Sorry for the length. Feeling creative even though I literally just woke up
