Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

The teacher did notice or care. He was paid to teach and so he did just that.

Andorra drew the diagrams and did her best to learn this subject.
Donella drew the diagrams and plugged in the numbers where they went, glancing to Andorra then leaning close to show her how to do it a different way

Amara glanced up smiled at Dimitri's comment, happy that he liked it so far. She was nearly finished with the tiger and decided to start work on the second part of the sketch. In front of the tiger she drew a tabby cat playing with a ball of yarn. She drew the yarn draping over the tigers paws, and gave him a rather amused look. For the cat she gave it a determined look. She finished the shading and then leaned back to look at her handy work. It really was just a sketch but a good one. She handed it across to where Dimitri sat next to Alexis. "What do you think? If you find me some better materials and sit for one I can do a whole portrait." Amara said with a smile.
Dimitri contemplated the composition and smiled warmly at the whimsical drawing. "You are very talented, Amara. I'd be honored to sit for a portrait. I'll ask the art teacher for some art supplies for you, if you'd like?" He offered kindly.
"Narcissist," Alexis whispered in Dimitri's ear. She then leaned over to see the drawing. "Ooh! I like," she said, smiling.
Dimitri raised an eyebrow at Alexis statement. "And you're not for liking you yarn chasing self?" He asked with great humor.

Amara's whole face lit up at his reply. "I would love it if you could get me better supplies! And I promise your portrait will be accurate, once I have the supplies I can do it any time you like." Amara replied to his comment before looking to Alexis. "I hope you like it too, I can also do a better sketch or portrait of you too if you like."

Lilith smiled, and sighed "When we get out of here, we'll go to a nice beach, you and me." She thought for a moment, before saying "I would say kitten. They're both really cute though." She then asked quickly "Hug or kiss?", ready to give him whichever one he wanted.
"I would like that very much, I also like how you said when not if." He squeezed gently as he said it with a smile. As he walked he considered her next question, then he gave her a wry grin. "how about both, can't really choose just one."

"Oh, don't remind me." Ashton stated with a smile. She handed Allen a plate and got one for herself. She then lead the way to the buffet style breakfast table.
Gideon finished setting out the utensils and napkins.

(Lol!)
Dyrus growled and snatched the key from her and hurried off to Haley's room.

Vasper looked to Atalanta confused, before following Dyrus.
"Oh, I will!" Allen called as he hurried after her. "Over and over again."
-----
Atalanta just shrugged. Her duty done, she continued on her way to meet Priam for breakfast.

Haley fiddled with the window latch, trying to figure out how they had pegged it down after the one time she had gone roof climbing. She was growing impatient of waiting for the girl who she hadn't even seen, yet trusted with getting her out.

Alexis elbowed him gently. "Who said I wasn't one as well?" She asked. She turned once more to Amara. "I think it's absolutely dandy! You're quite talented."

Amara beamed at the praise, happy to have returned their help with this simple kindness. "Thank you, your both very kind. I guess if you ever need anything sketched you know where to come. Or if you need a black bear for anything." Amara replied, she was proud at herself for making this step, for starting to make friends. Maybe this wouldn't be so bad after all.

Layla finally made her way into the gym, she sighed happily, finally she could get to business. She took off her hoodie and her shoes, she hated shoes. She wore a sports bra and leggings, her leopard spots on full display across her back. She wrapped her hands and feat before moving onto the mats and securing one of the hanging bags. She stretched a bit and then launched blow after blow on the bag. She was a flurry of hits, hand, foot, leg, it didn't matter as far as she was concerned anything was a weapon and she had been trained in such. She was so focused she didn't notice if anyone was watching.
