Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

"Yeah, you're very welcome," Zaine said as he fully positioned himself in his seat. He took a sip or water before saying, "Are you waiting on someone or something? I don't mind leaving." He didn't want to make her uncomfortable if he hung around, unwelcome.
Ava shook her head and looked to her drawing again, adding in an owl on a branch "No, I don't have any friends here yet."

Andorra chuckled and grinned. "Can't say I didn't get my fiber today. Milk sounds good, cheetahs love all things dairy." She teased as she walked with her to a table to set down their books.
Donella smiled and dipped her head again "I guess Kodkod do too, because I do love milk" She said then chuckled and headed for the cafeteria

(I think it's still afternoon Nico. I'm not too sure...does anyone else know?) Elliot headed to his room to just think of what had happened. He needed to make sure she never got hurt. Ever again. Emotionally or physically. He would make sure of it.
(Well, she took a shower because they took a nap in the dirt, and now she's just laying on her bed. We kind of missed some time with that nap.)

Lilith pretended to struggle as the demon, before falling limp in his hands. After a few seconds, she "woke up", planting a soft kiss on his lips. She whispered "I'm back now, mortal. But don't betray me or my evil counterpart will take over."

He chuckled before answering, "Well we don't want that to happen." He took her to the shore before scooping her legs up in his other arm and carrying her the rest of the way up onto the sand. As he sat down he looked up at the sun noticing its position, was it really still morning her thought? Then he remembered how early they had left the mansion and it made sense. He was fine with that though, it just meant they could stay there longer before anyone missed them. And he could say he spent the morning at the beach. "It feels like its been days since we talked about how we feel about each other, but in reality its only been a few hours. I guess you could say its almost like fate." He said to her as he looked at her sitting on his lap.

Ryker held Anuerin just a tighter when he relaxed into his embrace. He even curled himself around his son protectively. He'd almost lost this wonderful boy. He thought as his eyes welled up with tears. He took may things for granted and Anuerin was one of them. "That's right, I've got you Anuerin." He murmured softly to him.

Vasper viewed Amaryllis's brisk pace with guilt with every step she took on that new foot. He was a wretched animal, wasn't he?"
For once in his life Anuerin felt safe. He felt like he could be who he truly was in front of his father, and didn't have to conceal his weaknesses. He cried, all the emotions he'd locked up since he first began living with his father now freely flowed down his face in the form of tears.
(Do you like Anuerin now that you understand his character more?)

Amaryllis ran ahead as Anuerin's bedroom door came in to view. When she went to knock the door creaked open with the small amount pressure applied to it. Amaryllis sucked in a breath; Anuerin always remembered to lock the handle, and he certainly never left the door open when left his room. A strange scent lingered in the air. Something was wrong, very wrong. "Anuerin!" Amaryllis screamed suddenly, as the memory of what he'd said earlier came to mind. She began to weep, wanting to go search for her brother, but afraid of what she might find felt her body become too numb to move.

" It'll better taste better than pudding, simply because we worked hard for that stuff." Dimitri replied with a chuckle. He held the door open for the ladies to enter the cafeteria first.

Amara went ahead of him into the cafeteria excited for the prospect of food. She saw all the people in there and paused. She rubbed her scar nervously and looked to Dimitri panic clear in her eyes. "Uh maybe I should just take some food and find my room or something? I mean it looks real crowded in there.." Amara trailed off looking behind Dimitri for an escape route.

"No, I insist," Alexis said cheerfully, looping her arm through Amara's. "Let's get our food, then we can all sit together."
