"I wasn't implying that you were a coward." Amaryllis gently corrected, frowning at Vasper's unsettled anger. She stepped away from Vasper to knock urgently at the door of the lab.

Vasper watched her back away from him and frowned deeper. "I'm not going to attack you, girl." He said offended.

Ryker strand went to see who was at the door. He was surprised to find Amaryllis and even more so to see a riled up Vasper with her.

Alexis watched his reaction with amusement. "Dork," she said, chuckling as she pulled a fork from the utensil packet and reached for her own dish of crème brûlée.

Dimitri sighed dramatically and smacked his lips as he watched Alexis's reaction to the desert.

Ava smiled again then nodded as she looked to the painting then to him again "Shading and shadows give depth to what would otherwise be a simple line."

Zaine cocked his head slightly as he took in the different aspects of the canvas scene. "Yeah, most definitely."

Ava went quiet, going to the window and letting him enjoy the painting in peace. She leaned against the side, looking out at what they could see

Amaryllis didn't hear Vasper's words as she stared intently at the door and waited until it was opened. "Where's Anuerin?" She questioned urgently, judging Ryker's expression before he had a chance to reply.
