Layla looked at him astonished by how quickly he diffused and moved on from the previous situation. She was calmed slightly by this but her anger still boiled just under the surface. "Its just the abuse I took as a child, abandonment issues and the like. And some worse things." She growled out, then she shuddered remembering her last nightmare. Then with a sigh she calmed down, realizing he was probably right. "Sorry I have anger issues. I was physically and emotionally abused as a child, that coupled with my serious abandonment issues and I am really messed up." She replied honestly as she gave him a slightly tired look. Letting on at how difficult it was to hold everything together all the time.

Vasper pull his head out from under the sheet and looked around. Alone at last, he thought as he snuggled into the still warm comforter and wrapped himself in Amaryllis lovely warmth and rich scent. He easily slipped of to far more pleasant dreams.

Zaine tilted his head back just enough to see the two for a moment. "I'm Zaine, same as always. Same ole awkward roommate of yours." He rolled over and sat up straight on his bed. "Where have you two been?" He asked, eyeing them curiously.

Amaryllis cautiously entered her room, going to sit at the edge of her bed. She fidgeted with her hands for a moment before looking solemnly to Haley. "I am sorry to upset you, but I don't understand why your angry with me." She admitted quietly.

Haley cleared her throat as she closed the door behind them. Choosing to remain standing, she looked to Amaryllis. "No, it was unfair of me to be so brusque with you," she said first, to make sure Amaryllis knew she wasn't mad at her. "I don't know what's gone on between you and Vasper, other than what you said earlier to me in the hall. You were unconscious for a few years, I do know, so there are some things you were probably never told about relationships." Haley was slightly pink in the face as she decided how to best handle this conversation. She had to be delicate, but clear enough for Amaryllis to get the gist of everything. "There are certain things that are appropriate and others that aren't, and I just need to tell you that while I don't think you crossed a line, you do need to be cautious. How much do you know about Vasper?"
