Dyrus sat down at the large long table towards the middle. He set his heavily piled plate down and his lemonade. He glanced around, before starting in on the much anticipated food.

Vasper came over when he was done getting his choices and sat to his right. He grinned pleasantly as he glanced to the mound of food that hid Dyrus's plate. "If you eat all that, I'll give you a cookie." Vasper replied as he held up the still warm peanut butter cookies.

"Are you trying to bribe me, boy?" Dyrus asked with a chuckle.

"Absolutely! Is it working?" Vasper asked playfully.

"Not in the least, I prefer oatmeal raisin." Dyrus teased him with a smirk.

Amaryllis broke out into a broad smile, amused by Haley's actions. "You're too kind." She praised playfully as she glided into the dining hall.

Haley let the door fall closed behind them as she lead the way. "Smells good!" She said excitedly as she approached the buffet. Taking up two plates, she handed one to Amaryllis then considered her options.

Vasper came over when he was doing getting his choices and sat to his right. He grinned pleasantly as he glanced to the mound of food that hid Dyrus's plate. "If you eat all that, I'll give you a cookie." Vasper replied as he held up the still warm peanut butter cookies.

"Are you trying to bribe me, boy?" Dyrus asked with a chuckle.

Amaryllis trailed behind Haley, eagerly taking the offered plate. She wandered around the buffet momentarily before taking a humble serving of Ceasar salad. As she waited for Haley she turned to look across the room for a place to eat when she noticed Vasper and Dyrus seated at a central table. She immediately lowered her head, shyly glancing towards Haley and wondered if she would be allowed to interact with Vasper.

Andorra awoke and raised her head. She looked around confused, but then remembered she was in Donella's room. She felt a slight weight aginst her stomach and looked down to find Donella's tiny cat form sleeping aginst her.

Donella blinked and looked around then huffed softly. The change in Andorra's heartrate when she had woken confused had woken her. She stretched a little then moved away enough to sit and shift to her human form, though she had no idea what to say or do.

She'd spotted Dyrus as soon as they had arrived, but kept quiet about it and purposely kept her gaze directly on her friend and the food.

Rowan gave her a smile then headed for the door "I'm heading back to the porch for a bit."

Arreum asked quietly, "Could I come with you for a bit?" She looked up at him with an expression that radiated anticipation.

Haley finished filling her plate, then grabbed a glass and filled it with water. "What do you want to drink?" She asked, taking an empty glass and looking to Amaryllis. She'd spotted Dyrus as soon as they had arrived, but kept quiet about it and purposely kept her gaze directly on her friend and the food.

"Water, please." Amaryllis answered quietly without looking up.

Arreum asked quietly, "Could I come with you for a bit?" She looked up at him with an expression that radiated anticipation.

Rowan smiled then shrugged a little "If you want to you can"

(I'm going to let you post once more so Eliana to Alastor's lab before I reply for her, that way she will be awake. )

Layla felt like face palming when he mentioned it was a picnic kit. Of course it was gosh she was stupid sometimes. She put various fruits in the basket as well as wrapped up some bread and cheese to go in there. When she saw some cookies she couldn't help herself and tucked some of those in there as well. "Sounds like a plan, cliffs you say? We should go cliff diving sometime, always wanted to try it." She added as she tucked a few more random foods in the basket unsure what all to bring.

Alastor glanced over to Eliana from his work. He was waiting for the tranquilizer took wear off. He'd taken the liberty of drawing her blood while she was out, it was easier that way. He dressed Eric's wounds on his shoulder as well. He got up to check the restraints one more time, part to ensure they were put on her properly and to check her wakefulness.

"These cliffs are pretty high. But on theach south side of the island, there are some that as more manageable. That sounds like fun, you'll have to show me how to dive properly. " Leverett said as he added some bottled waters and napkins. "Anything else we're missing for our picnic?" He asked curiously.

"Well I am sorry, everyone should have family that cares for them." Adrian said softly, partially to comfort her but also because he grew a bit sad thinking of his. He missed them dreadfully but hid it well most days. He had wanted to go home when he was first rescued but later decided against all contact. He loved his family and knew they loved him but he was too afraid they would see him as some sort of monster now. He didn't even try to write to them. As far as they were concerned he was dead, which only fueled his sadness.
