Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Layla made a frustrated sound as she looked at him. "Look I got frustrated with something he said and in an attempt to not lash out at him I did this to myself. He is my friend and I am concerned that is all." She said as she looked at Ryker hoping that would satisfy his concern. "and no you do not need to lock me up, I will go to Alastor I just want to know Leverett will be ok." She said as she looked down at the ground, she just got his friendship she was upset at the chance of loosing it so soon.
Ryker looked hard at Layla a moment, before he softened his gaze a bit. "Go get patched up. It will at least take fifteen to twenty minutes for them to get up here and even longer to bring him up the cliff. It will be a wait no matter how fast you want it to be done. They have to be safe themselves. You look frightful covered in blood and claw marks. I'll call Alastor's phone with any news, alright? I'll do my best with him, I promise. I like him too." Ryker said with sincerity.

"Yeah, sure," Alexis said, not convinced at all.

"She must've gone inside," Haley thought aloud. She peered over the edge as far as she dared before taking a big step back. "Should we go see what's the matter? They may need help."

"I don't think caves have the ability to be curious," Allen stated, answering her question in a roundabout way.
Dimitri ignored Alexis's comment and shot the ball at her goal, just hoping he got lucky.

"Yeah, definitely. It sounded pretty serious. Plus I'm curious now." Dyrus said as he made his way back the way they'd come.

Ashton snorted at his evasive answering. "Right, I got ya now! I'm glad you approve of me and not the cave." She said happily.

Alexis held up a finger as she clicked her tongue. "Not so fast, mister," she said as she blocked the goal effectively.

Haley followed after him. When they got to the window, she slipped in with ease then turned to wait for him.

"Can I approve of both?" Allen asked, giving her a toothy smile.

Vasper stopped outside Amaryllis door. Was it locked? If so, where was the key? He shifted her slight weight enough to free on hand. He then reached out to try the door handle. (Locked or not?)

Razeth smiled warmly and said, " It was my pleasure, Laurel. "

"Well, I don't know....let's see. Oh, yeah! Because you just choose her over me no more then a minute ago. To me, that's proof enough. " Indigo stated with annoyance.
(I think she locked, but I can't remember for sure. You decide.)

"What do we do now?" Laurel questioned as she looked around the room. They had finished eating which meant they could return to their room, but that wasn't something she was looking forward to.

"I don't understand what happened to me," Cyra explained slowly in confusion. "For just a moment I was weak, and felt that Andorra was important to me. But that feeling is gone. Why did I suddenly question myself?"

Ioan glanced from the door to the box, repeatedly. He didn't what to be found by anyone with the head, or have to explain why he had the head. He found its message unsettling, rather than putting his fear and anguish to rest as had been intended by Ryker.
Zaine was fed up with all the unanswered questions swimming around in his head. His attempt at pulling Donella out of her shell had been a failure, to say the least, and he was thoroughly discouraged in that area. If she wanted to get out, she'd have to do it on her own from here. Not to say he'd given up on her; he just wasn't interested in wasting any more breath on arguing a conversation he couldn't do some good through.
In other matters, Ioan seemed like a man in need of a good conversation. Zaine certainly hadn't forgotten the unfortunate letter incident, but he believed the man had more he could say that needed saying. And if he didn't? Well, Zaine had the advantage there. Knowledge was indeed power, and he was prepared to excercise it a bit. With his thoughts more clear and settled, he rolled off his bed and set off down the hall. Last time he had taken this path he had been up to his neck in guilt and concern, but this was much different.

Layla let out a breath she hadn't realized she was holding. "Thank you Ryker." She said quietly. It wasn't a lot of words but it conveyed everything she needed to. She dipped her head and told him she was going to head over to Alastor now to get cleaned up.

Leverett heard Nova's voice as it registered with his subconscious. He looked around in the darkness of his mind for her. "I'm here, where are you? I can't see you Nova." He mumbled barley audible. It wasn't a full wakefulness, more like a talking in his sleep.
"Yeah, don't try to move, help is coming" Nova answered, looking him over then focusing on his words "Just talk to me alright?"

Eliana couldn't help but let a burst of laughter out at him calling her rebellious. That was a bit of an understatement but hey if that's what he wanted to call it she wasn't going to argue. "Help you to work less? Yeah that would be like hell warming over. I am convinced you live in this lab, there is probably a fold out bed by that computer over there." She joked with a snort. She was unused to joking and so even though it was meant as one it came out a little harsh. But she didn't bother to try and remedy that, he was a big boy he didn't need her trying to sooth any weird conversations. He knew her issues, so he shouldn't be too surprised by how things often came out of her mouth.

Adrian just chuckled and pulled her to him. Once she was settled he buried his face into her hair so he could smell her wonderful scent even in his sleep. And before he knew it he drifted off.
(We can leave these two off until it goes to morning if you like?)
Alastor realized her jest and was extremely surprised by it, though he hid it well. "I shall have you know, a fellow workaholic designed these facilities. There is actually a twin bed in a special room in the far back corner. Oh and that shower is for more then decontamination and containment. I can also make instant coffee in a beaker. So if you're extra nice, I can hook you up." He said with a smile as he straightened his lab coat with exaggerated effort.

(Sure. :) )
Willow drifted off to sleep with the steady melody of Adrian's beating heart just under her ear.

Dimitri grinned and blocked the ball again. He shot it back to her while her hand was gesturing to him.

Dyrus swung through the window and headed for the door. A man on a mission.

"Perhaps, perhaps not. How's that for circular logic?" Ashton retorted ashe she sat down on the couch she'd brought down here. It looked like a regular living room set up, minus the TV. She'd ran electrical off the lines in the cellar and on the stairs. So there was plenty of lights down.
