Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

( :plbb She doesn't know that. Lol! Andorra's being childish. :lau )

(The rooming situation right now is quite funny. We have Willow and Adrian sharing a bed for the night, Amara and Casey are cuddled up as bears, then you have Andorra sleeping who knows where. :lau )

(Andorra and Donella slept next to one another as cats earlier, and she would again. Andorra's the only one Donella feels safe around atm)

Zaine was fed up with all the unanswered questions swimming around in his head. His attempt at pulling Donella out of her shell had been a failure, to say the least, and he was thoroughly discouraged in that area. If she wanted to get out, she'd have to do it on her own from here. Not to say he'd given up on her; he just wasn't interested in wasting any more breath on arguing a conversation he couldn't do some good through.
In other matters, Ioan seemed like a man in need of a good conversation. Zaine certainly hadn't forgotten the unfortunate letter incident, but he believed the man had more he could say that needed saying. And if he didn't? Well, Zaine had the advantage there. Knowledge was indeed power, and he was prepared to excercise it a bit. With his thoughts more clear and settled, he rolled off his bed and set off down the hall. Last time he had taken this path he had been up to his neck in guilt and concern, but this was much different.
Having arrived at the office door, Zaine rapped hard to get Ioan's attention.

Ioan hesitated in deciding whether the letter should be disposed of along with the head, or if he should keep it for reasons that he wasn't currently aware of. He paced the room restlessly before returning to his desk to make his final choice.

His eyes shot to the door as rapping startled him from his thoughts. "I'm busy." He announced, his voice both cold and distant.

Alexis deftly used her other hand to direct the ball away from her goal. Oh this was great fun. And it was made even more fun by the fact that Dimitri was actually being a challenging player. Her brothers had all stunk at the game and never played seriously with her when she managed to beg them for a game or two.

The window would be fine left open, Haley decided as she pulled the door closed behind them. "Should we find Ryker, first?" She asked.

"More like how's that for confusing," Allen mumbled, all in good spirits of course. He turned around to take in the entire room. "Well, ain't this nice. You did it all by yourself?" He asked curiously.
Dimitri groaned as his shot was deflected. He spoke a few choice words in Russian ashe he tried to get the ball again.

"Yes, that sounds like the best plan. " Dyrus said as he walked with her to the elevator. After noticing the elevator was on its way up. He stood out of the way, just to the right. Which was good because a gurney and Ryker came charging out as soon as the doors opened.

"Yep! I took from here and there, so nothing was noticed as missing. " Ashton explained as he looked around proudly.

Shoot. Of course, he'd be busy. Zaine leaned against the doorframe. "Sir, it's Zaine. I'd like to talk to you. I have some questions to which I believe only you have got answers." He ran his hand nervously through his hair as he straightened. "I know you're probably sick of me, but I think deep down you'd like to talk. I know full well how depressing sitting alone in your room can be, full of things that need to be said but too nervous to say them."

(He's so prec)
Amaryllis shivered with cold as she was laid on her bed, but immediately stilled when Vasper covered her with a blanket. Content in her sleep, she rolled onto her favored side.

"Well, then we can learn together." She announced with an adventurous grin.

"It was weakness, I think." She admitted in a quit voice, lowering her head.
(Ok, what does that mean? I suck at abbreviations. :hmm )
At her movement, Vasper looked to her briefly, before setting into a trance again.

"That sounds wonderful! Where shall we start?" Razeth asked with enthusiasm.

"Good! Now accepting and acknowledging it will help you to make sure it never happens again. Do you understand?" Indigo snarled with annoyance.

"Well aren't you just full of surprises!" Alexis said after hearing his words. She assumed he was cursing in his language, but who cared?? It was Russian, therefore she found it intriguing. "How is it that we've avoided this subject in the past what, 72 hours that I've known you?? What else you got in Russian besides those ungentlemanly-like words?"

Haley jumped back just in time to avoid being barreled over. "Is there an emergency??" She asked concernedly, realizing only after her question how stupid it was. Of course there was an emergency. Why else would Ryker himself be guiding a gurney along.

Allen laughed aloud at that explanation. "So you're a thief?" He asked through his laughter.
