Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Dimitri raised a brow at the French. " Vanna White called, she wants her job back." He said plainly.

Ashton grinned and sighed longing, " Oh, yes and heavier furniture. Maybe even a TV hooked up down here. "

Dyrus moved to rest his back against the wall and pulled Haley with him, since she held his hand. He collected his thoughts and feelings and looked to Haley again. "That you're either ashamed of me or you don't want anyone to know about us because you are still pining for Anuerin. That's what I'm thinking. " He admitted honestly.
"Ha! Please don't judge, I was never good with any languages," Alexis pleaded jokingly.

"Hey, I'm at your service. You find a nice, not so obvious TV or something, and I'll drag it down here if it's the last thing I do," Allen said with a triumphant grin. And he meant that as far as was reasonably possible.

(I thought he dropped it :plbb but she's perfectly fine with holding it still)

"That's not it at all," Haley assured him, uselessly probably. He seemed stuck on an idea which was going to need a lot more than her pitiable assurances to change. "Dyrus, when I say something, I mean it. When I said I wanted this, and Aneurin is far from my thoughts, you've got to believe me. I want this and I want you," she said with quiet firmness. She had gradually snaked her arm up around his neck as she talked, bringing herself closer to him. So far this little 'don't let anyone know about them' had done a fat lot of good, and a black rose to boot. If it wasn't any use, then what harm would a little PDA do.

Amaryllis paled, and shamefully glanced away from Vasper. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to lie." She confessed quietly. "Haley told me not to worry about Anuerin. I've tried to be strong for her, but I just can't stop thinking about him."

"Oh, no." Laurel sighed playfully.
" Why don't you stop worrying about what Haley would think or what Haley wants you to do. Is Haley living your life? Was she put in that induced coma? Has she had to endure all you've gone through? No, so why are you letting her control your actions? I understand your pain Amaryllis and how close you are with your brother. I would never dream of keeping you apart. He needs you more now than he's ever needed you." Vasper quarried gently.

"Oh, no what? You objected tune. I take requests." Razeth said playfully.

"Oh! It's so beautiful!" Atalanta said, sighing in awe as she viewed the beach ahead in the morning light.
Priam nodded his agreement. "It is indeed. You should get up early more often and join me down here," he called ahead to her. Looking to Iris, he asked, "Is this a first for you, as well?"
Iris cleared her face from her own wild hair, before sighing softly and replying "I've seen it once before, so almost a first. And it is beautiful." She smiled at him, before returning her gaze to the water and the seemingly golden sand which ran along the seashore.

"No." Amaryllis answered quietly as she thought over what Vasper said. "I guess, in a weird way, Haley's like a motherly figure to me. I relied on my mother's opinion for almost everything. I didn't see Haley as controlling me, I saw it as guidance instead." She admitted with sincerity.

"I request that you don't hum." Laurel answered with a cuckle.

Zaine handed the letter back then turned to leave. "Get some rest, sir. It'll help ease your mind," he said gently. A sleep deprived Ioan wouldn't be much use to anyone.

( BWAHAH! You totally had me!! But, I looked it up and I think Nicky meant PDA, Public Displays of Affection ;) )
Ioan slowly accepted the letter back. "I will, thank you." He answered, smiling faintly with the relief of having someone to confide in.

Elliot smiled, replying "Just go there instead. Better to be there than standing here." He opened the door for her, closed it when she had left, gave her a quick kiss on the cheek and headed to his room to get his things. Once that was done, he casually strolled towards the main doors, looking around for Asa. (@Run Wild)
Asa slung the backpack over his shoulder as he entered the cafeteria. He went directly to the kitchen to pack some food provisions.

Priam hurried to catch up with his sister. She may be a full adult in body, but on occasion he wasn't quite sure her mind was there as well.

Atalanta stopped abruptly, nearly causing him to trip over her as she stooped to gather up some wildflowers growing along the grass line. "Oh, aren't these beautiful," she murmured as she carefully bundled a few together.

Zaine inclined his head towards Ioan then turned to go. "Oh, you might want to put that box somewhere it won't be found accidentally," he advised before stepping out.

Dimitri snorted and said, "Who said I was judging? I was just surprised. The Vanna White comment was from how you presented the door to me. " He stuck his tounge out at her as he moved to open it.

" Oh so ominous! Tell me, do you have other plans with your martyrdom?" Ashton retorted.

( :p So I lost count. Sue me. :plbb )
Dyrus look to Haley with uncertainty. Doubt was a dangerous thing and it had taken root in his mind. Her assurances eased it greatly, but it was still there. "Why is this so hard for us? " He asked as he looked longingly into her eyes, then to her lips.

"Ah, Well then i take my accusation back," Alexis said. She placed her hands on her hips and watched him, waiting for him to open the door so they could get this homework thing over with.

Allen thought for a moment. "Um, nope, not really."

(I think I shall :lau )
"I've no idea," Haley murmured. This was why she'd never tried to get anywhere with Aneurin. It was safer, watching from the bleachers than actually getting out on the field. There was no chance of getting injured if you only viewed the game. She searched his face, trying to discern his thoughts. He was obviously as confused about this as she, which was getting them both nowhere.
