Alexis handed him an empty plate. "Keep that attitude up, and you'll get nothin'," she threatened jokingly.

Allen, well aware of her short fuse and that she was waiting on him, continued perusing the cold refrigerator at his own pace. "I've never known standing and glaring to speed things up," he murmured, loud enough for her to hear. He then clamped his mouth shut, teeth to teeth, as he braced himself for a reply.

"Oh, no, it's fine," Haley assured him as she stepped out. "We can talk just as well inside, and I'm starving anyhow."

Donella chuckled softly and walked up the stairs then opened the door, going out onto the roof then looking around for a good spot to sit at. Hm, best may be by the wall, so they could lean against it and look up at the sky. No danger of anything falling off the side there as well.

Andorra left a rock in the door to keep it ajar. She came over and sat down beside Donella. "The perfect spot! Boy look at that sky, so beautiful. " She said with a sigh of appreciation.

Ares, spotting a couple available chairs across the room, made his way over there. "Heya, mind if I sit?" He asked, looking from one to the other. "Just about every other table is occupied, and I don't fancy sitting on the ground."

"Without the music," Ares added as he sat down. He plopped his backpack on the floor beside him then looked to the two with an easy grin. "I'm Ares," he said in a cheerful tone, despite the reception given him from Indigo, "and you two would be...?"

Nova took her tray and put it up then looked to Anuerin before nodding "Alright, what are we going to see?" She asked curiously, willing to follow him anywhere.

Amaryllis enjoyed the scent of fresh food that welcomed them into the room. She looked at the tables of food and mentally decided on what she wanted to eat.
