Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Zaine held her gaze, however much he hated doing it. Good heavens, she was intimidating. He cleared his throat. "My first class is in a few minutes," he said, more confidently this time. "I thought I'd take advantage of the few minutes to spare and grab some air, but it seems I wasn't the only one with that idea." Obviously.
Donella nodded again, though she didn't look up again. "It is nice to have this, even if we have to sneak to get it."

Amara considered their options, she wanted to pitch their idea to Ioan but if he wasn't there, there wasn't much they could do. "Should we leave a note maybe, letting him know we want to talk to him?" She asked Casey about it, not sure it was the best idea and wanted to hear his idea.
Casey nodded and sighed. "We have to, since he isn't answering." He said then sat to pull out a paper and pencil from his supplies to write the note for Ioan

Leah looked to him, a sympathetic look on her face. She reached forward and placed a hand softly on his leg. She looked to his eyes, as she wanted him to know she was honest, before replying "That's awful. I'm sorry. It must've been horrible in the cells all that time. I wasn't there long."
William gave her a smile as he picked up her hand and gave it a gentle squeeze in thanks for her sympathy. "Thank you, while I hated my time there it was not the end of the world. And I did land myself in there, it was my own doing. So it was warranted I do not blame Ryker for throwing me in there like he did. Like I said earlier I know what the rules are I just don't always like to follow them." He replied with a grin to let her know that he wasn't that hurt about the situation.

Samantha was solemnly quiet as she listened, genuinely interested in what he had to say. When he finished she didn't say anything immediately. That was a lot of words to process. "Is that all?" She smirked. "I had expected drugs to at least be in the mix, then the grenades go rolling and kaboom, glass in the eye." She was joking about the grenades, but really, that wasn't too horrible a story. She herself had been in a few scuffles, though she had never managed to get to a police cell. Her "friends" had seen to that.
Liam was surprised by her reply and at first he wanted to be angry that she would make light of one of the hardest times in his life. But then he realized how silly that was, it was in the past and being able to make light of it now would probably help him to let it go. He laughed a bit but realized it sounded almost bitter. "No, no drugs. They always tried to get me into that but I drew the line there. grenades certainly would have made for a more exciting and daring story perhaps I should add some in for good measure in the future." He replied with a small smile as he looked down at his lap, he wasn't sure how he felt at this point. He decided that perhaps now would be a good time for a bit of a workout himself, might help him figure out his weird mindset after this conversation. He figured when he was done here he would head to the pool and go for a swim.

Casey nodded and sighed. "We have to, since he isn't answering." He said then sat to pull out a paper and pencil from his supplies to write the note for Ioan
Amara sat down next to him and watched him write the note. She was glad he was doing that part she wasn't sure what she would put if she had to write it. "I hope he reads it and will listen to us. Ioan seems like a decent sort, a lot better then the people I have met from the government that brought me here." She said with a grimace as she remembered the rough handling.

Rowan took her over to the larger area then found a rock to sit on, looking up at the falls from overhead. "Pretty, isn't it"
Areym nodded, whispering "It's more than beautiful." She looked outwards to the water, looking at the beads of blue falling and crashing when hitting the bottom. She whispered again, not daring to be loud as to not disturb the grand waterfall "Thanks for taking me here."

Leah shook her head with a smile and responded "You're a daring dragon, aren't you?" She smiled and tucked her heart back, the tips of her ears peeking out throughout her white-blond hair.
