Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Amara sat down next to him and watched him write the note. She was glad he was doing that part she wasn't sure what she would put if she had to write it. "I hope he reads it and will listen to us. Ioan seems like a decent sort, a lot better then the people I have met from the government that brought me here." She said with a grimace as she remembered the rough handling.
Casey nodded and smiled "Yeah, he is a good guy, we have had too few of those, but he is one" He said and slipped the paper under the door before standing again "Well, guess we should head to class now."

Areym nodded, whispering "It's more than beautiful." She looked outwards to the water, looking at the beads of blue falling and crashing when hitting the bottom. She whispered again, not daring to be loud as to not disturb the grand waterfall "Thanks for taking me here."
Rowan smiled then frowned then smiled again. For a moment he couldn't figure out what he was supposed to do and he didn't like that. She was not supposed to mess with him, he was supposed to mess with her. To cover this uncertainty, he stared at the waterfall too

Areum noticed his weird behavior, and asked softly, "Hey Rowan, are you ok? Want to talk about something?" She turned to face him, waiting patiently for an answer.

Liam was surprised by her reply and at first he wanted to be angry that she would make light of one of the hardest times in his life. But then he realized how silly that was, it was in the past and being able to make light of it now would probably help him to let it go. He laughed a bit but realized it sounded almost bitter. "No, no drugs. They always tried to get me into that but I drew the line there. Grenades certainly would have made for a more exciting and daring story perhaps I should add some in for good measure in the future." He replied with a small smile as he looked down at his lap, he wasn't sure how he felt at this point. He decided that perhaps now would be a good time for a bit of a workout himself, might help him figure out his weird mindset after this conversation. He figured when he was done here he would head to the pool and go for a swim.
Samantha stood, now that the story was finished, and headed towards the taller balance beam nearby. "If you're serious about the grenades, I can hook you up," she said with a wink before giving him her back. She was teasing him, but whether she was serious or not she'd leave him to guess about.

Areum, who always thought of others, refused the snack, looking into his eyes, before responding "No, I don't want a snack. You're not ok, what is it?" She made sure to still sound patient and caring, not demanding, that was important.
Rowan looked back to the water again, shaking his head "It isn't important" He said then sighed "I've never brought anyone here before, it's just different. Not bad, just different." Please take that, please take that, he thought to himself. She saw him too well, she might not take the brush off like that.

Areum looked down at the ground and said softly "You don't have to lie to me. I won't tell anyone. We're both wolves, we have to stick together." She smiled a tad at the last part, but the smile seemed melancholy one. She knew he was hiding something.

Leah shook her head with a smile and responded "You're a daring dragon, aren't you?" She smiled and tucked her heart back, the tips of her ears peeking out throughout her white-blond hair.
William smiled at her and reached out and brushed her hair back to expose her ears. He was gentle and moved slowly so she wouldn't panic, and when he had done that he sat back. "You shouldn't hide them, there cute." He said with a smile, he didn't know how she would take the comment so he just left it open for however she wanted to take it.

Amara nodded solemnly, not really wanting to go to class but she knew she should. "I need to head to my room to get my books and stuff, I believe I saw someone had dropped them off there." She said with a sad look, she hated this but she needed to make an effort to at least try to do what she was supposed to be doing.
