Casey nodded, looking at Alexis curiously "Yeah, Dimitri, the tiger was attacked, he's got a fever so they are working on figuring out who bit him and healing him. That guy that moved past is apparently our new doctor here." He said then looked to Emily "By the way, Amara and I wanted to talk to Ioan about something that could help with tempers a little. We couldn't find him this morning though"

Emily nodded to Alexis, acknowledging her but too busy herself to bother with a real hello. "Yes, Ioan's just left. I can talk with you and Amara later, if you'd like. Ioan will be back soon, I'm sure, but if we can let's leave him out of this for now."

Alexis was rubbing a red spot on her finger, she knew, but her head was spinning and thoughts were out of control, too much to consider stopping rotating her ring. So Ares was telling the truth. And Dimitri was injured, and she wasn't there. How long had he been injured? The hour she had been in her room fuming at him, was he lying, bleeding, in a hallway? She wanted to ask more questions but the subject had already changed and she hardly trusted herself to speak at the moment. She was vaguely aware of Emily coming out and words exchanged between the assistant principal and Casey—was that Casey?—but they made no sense.

Dimitri simply continued to mutter in his continued delirium.

Gideon grinned as he jumped down from ladder. "Good! Then you have nothing to worry about. " He said happily.

(How did I miss this?! Anyway I'll have Amaryllis give blood, then she can talk to Ryker.)
"Thanks for spending time with me." Amaryllis smiled, but turned to glance at the doorway. "I think I should go, though. I still need to talk with Ryker."

Zaine shouldered his backpack and exited the library, new book in hand. He had been perusing the shelves in search of a novel to pass the time and, having finally found one, was headed back to his room to settle down with it. He still intended to talk with Dimitri, but from what he'd heard, Dimitri's recent class was still going on. So he'd deal with that later. He turned the corner—and stopped. Eyed the woman from a distance, the one with white streaked hair. Did she look familiar? No, he would have remembered that hair.

(Not at all, I posted it so that anyone who wanted to could chime in! besides i get to use my cute little skunky. OMG every time I look at the photo I just see the little ears and i want to hug it! Ok now that that is out of my system. )

Lyra finished fixing her hair and then continued on walking down the hall, picking her tune back up and humming to herself. She new she should probably be in class, but she often got lost wandering the halls day dreaming about one thing or another. Today was one such day, she would often wander her head in the clouds and then find a quiet place to sit down and either sketch or write.

Saskia sat with her back against the wall staring up at the ceiling in boredom. "Come one will someone let me out already!? I've done my time!" She shouted at the top of her lungs as she dropped her eyes to the cell door across from her. She had been in this cell, her old friend for about a week. She had counted the hours, the days because there was nothing else for her to do. She groaned and rolled her head forward dropping her chin to her chest as he hair fell in a curtain across her face. She knew this was her punishment, it was her fault, she knew that, but could they at least give her a board game or something!

William finished up and grabbed the towels and items and tucked them into his bag as he exited the bathroom. As he walked out he heard her growl and he tensed looking around his room to see if there was a reason for it. When he didn't see anything he approached her slowly, "hey everything ok? Did you still want to go to the beach?" He asked her, worry coloring his features.

Leah nodded, replying “I’d like to go the beach.” She added awkwardly “With you. I’m sorry I should have said that.” She blushed at her stupidity, and sighed embarassedly.

"Of course, this takes precedent" Casey said then looked to Alexis again "You alright?"

Emily laid a hand gently on Casey's shoulder. "I'll get back to you later, once all this settles down, okay?" She said, an apologetic look on her face. She didn't intend to dismiss his idea. "I've got to go find Ares, but I'll be back later to check in here." She hurried down the halls, heels and their untied straps clicking against the floor.

Alexis folded her arms, hugging herself. "Um, yeah," she said quietly. "Is it possible for me to, uh, go in there?" She nodded to the closed office door.

For now, she had stepped out, waiting for him to join her so they could go for their walk.

Anuerin closed the door as he walked outside. He nervously played with the loose end of gauze wrapped around his hands before looking to see where Nova would take him.
