Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Adrian stood and moved to the mirror to take a look. He turned and gave her a pleased smile. "Oh I think you have out done yourself willow." He said as he came back over and picked up her hands brushing his lips across her probably tired fingers.
Willow giggled and shook her head. "You're so silly sometimes. " She said with a smile as she looked lovingly to Adrian. He was so kind to her and she adored him for it.

Andorra shrugged and stated, "Well the leading cause of getting chomped on is not knowing there is a mad chomper running around. So on that news front, you are welcome. " She returned the toothy grin with a flair of her own.
"Much appreciated," Lucy said, smiling gratefully. "I'll be sure to keep an eye out now. Hey I know you said safety in numbers, but I'd really like to get out of these four walls and find something to eat before I'm the one eaten. If I shift and make a mad dash for it, d'ya think I'll get to the cafeteria alive?" She said excitedly.

"Teenage security studies." (Oh my goodness, that's sounds so lame but I can't think of anything else.) Asa answered them briefly as the vehicle was pulled into a parking lot behind a building in a desolate location.
Zoe nodded and glanced around the car to see where they were now. "Alright"

Leverett looked to her with a smile and said, "Je vous remercie. That's 'thank you' in French and no, I became your friend because you looked as alone as I felt."

"Oh, then even better. Cold rock meat is always worse ." Madison stated while maniacally laughing. Something told her Ryker would be down one cook come morning.

Eirik waited while Harper locked the door in the hallway. "I suppose it is a natural curiosity. Where the underlings aspire to a position of standing and power, they see that you're the embodiment of that very thing. " He said with a nonchalant shrug as one of his hands clasped the wrist of the other behind his back. It was a relaxed position for him, since his hands were usually tied when he was out of his cage.

Willow giggled and shook her head. "You're so silly sometimes. " She said with a smile as she looked lovingly to Adrian. He was so kind to her and she adored him for it.

Layla listened to this and nodded. She did often feel alone, although it had never really bothered her as much as it did now. "I suppose then it is a good thing we bumped into each other. Now neither of us is alone." She said softly.

Saskia grinned as they neared the kitchen, her ideas about how she could get the cook back were racing through her mind. "Yes we will feed it to him cold, he doesn't get the kindness of warming it up first." She said darkly as she moved to look around, see if she could find out what that man had done with the insult of a meal he had served her.

Harper listened curiously as she lead him down the hall, deciding to take the stairs instead of the elevator. It would drop them out near the gym and indoor pool. "I suppose that is one way to look at it. Although I would not say I have much standing or power. I am a helper, perhaps a better trusted one but nothing more. But if I give others something to aspire too I am fine with that." She said with a shrug as she studied his demeanor and how he carried himself. He was certainly one of the more interesting experiments out of the new batch.

Adrian smiled broader as he wrapped his fingers through hers as he dropped it from his lips. " I don't know what you mean, I am certainly not silly. Not a silly bone in my body." He said with a wink as he pulled her up from the bed so they could be on their way to breakfast.

Leah smiled and closed her eyes hard as she made her wish. Once she made it, she opened her eyes to see his face again. There was nothing. That's how she felt. There was nothing. Except for him. With a quiet sigh, she dipped her head some, placing her forehead under his, a sense of security rushing and overtaking her body.

William wrapped his arms around her sweetly and held her close. He wanted to protect her, from everything, the harshness the world could bring. If he could take her from this place he would, but he knew there was little place for them in the world with how they were now.

Leaning back in his chair, Nick folded his arms comfortably across his chest as he stared at her. "Anything," he said, shrugging his shoulders. "Where were you born? How long have you been here? Do you miss your past? Same ole, same old."

"Seriously?" Alexis scoffed. "Boy's as flighty as an owl. Pun intended. I'm not sure if he'd more scared of the general female population, or facing something from his past that girls bring out." She laughed lightly, but considered this idea further in her head. They were all barely escaping shadows, it seemed like. She tipped her head toward an available table and headed that way.

Ellie face went neutral, yeah she was not in the sharing mood, at least not about her past. "I had a family, I nearly died, was brought here and been here since." Was all she said.

Lyra frowned as she moved to follow Alexis to the table and sat down. She had not considered that before about him, now she felt bad for trying to do anything in the first place. "Perhaps, we probably all are running from something." She stated simply as she opened her juice.

Leah pressed against him instinctively as his arms held her. Once again she felt reassured, hoping he felt the same way with her love. She wasn't new to this. But it had been so many years of locking herself up, and it felt refreshing to unlock herself again, albeit rather slowly. And she had gotten lucky with the person she was doing with. She craned her neck to kiss him a chaste peck on his shin, before returning to his full embrace.
