Ellie face went neutral, yeah she was not in the sharing mood, at least not about her past. "I had a family, I nearly died, was brought here and been here since." Was all she said.

Lyra frowned as she moved to follow Alexis to the table and sat down. She had not considered that before about him, now she felt bad for trying to do anything in the first place. "Perhaps, we probably all are running from something." She stated simply as she opened her juice.

"Sounds like the majority of us here," Nick said with a nod. "I take it you don't want to get into the messy details, so I won't press." Raising an eyebrow, he leaned forward slightly and, smirking, added, "But I do have just about all the time in the world if you feel like talking."

Leah pressed against him instinctively as his arms held her. Once again she felt reassured, hoping he felt the same way with her love. She wasn't new to this. But it had been so many years of locking herself up, and it felt refreshing to unlock herself again, albeit rather slowly. And she had gotten lucky with the person she was doing with. She craned her neck to kiss him a chaste peck on his shin, before returning to his full embrace.

William smiled softly at her show of affection towards him. He hugged her tighter to him as they watched the stars. At this point he would be content to sleep under the open sky with her in his arms. Able to protect her from the world if need be.

Ellie shook her head no, she didn't know him well enough to feel like entrusting him with the deep seeded memories of her past. "Thank you for the offer but no." She replied in a kind fashion, she didn't want to offend anyone.

Lyra nodded sadly, they were all so broken by now in one way or another. Some hid it better then others, some even truly believed that they were fine when they weren't. She wasn't sure where she fit to be honest. "Yes here there is not much to run too. But at least it is safe, I am not sure too many places can boast that anymore, at least not for us." She said simply.

She smiled at herself, cradled against his chest. She was content. It was a matter of minutes before she fell asleep, but for now she looked up at the stars.

(I suggested she get something to eat because I knew I was coming down with something and I didn't want to keep your one character tied up.(Not that it mattered. Lol! ) Had she'd gone to the dinning room or kitchen, she could have met other house mates that are active there. I won't rush to morning at the lab. Sorry. Most of my characters are on the island and are engaged in various activities. Can she go for a walk in the halls? She could have a chance meeting with one of my free characters or someone else's. Abigail sat up abruptly, gasping and sweating. It was no use. She couldn't sleep with these nightmares. She threw her blanket off of her and stood up, stretching. She quickly took a cold shower and headed down to the mess hall, her hair still dripping. She grabbed some grilled chicken and sat down, chewing slowly.

"Honest, you'll be fine, but honest, you'd also like me to stay?" Priam asked gently. He set the tray down and slipped his hands into his pockets as he searched her face, trying to read what she really meant. It didn't occur to him that she might be having as much trouble as he in understanding what they both actually wanted.

Allen started to reach out to her, but stopped himself, not sure how she would take it. Instead, he stepped back against the opposite wall. "Ashton," he said firmly, "what is there to be regretted about you?" He shook his head, trying to make sense of the matter. "You're frickin amazing! If Ryker doesn't see you that way, then he's got problems." He paused a moment before adding "I mean, yeah, we all have problems, but he's got more than most. Has he said this to you directly?"

Haley bent down under the guise of adjusting the plant, escaping the lights momentarily as she smiled at his words. "Well, let's hope you'll still be chasing, then," she corrected herself. She shyly glanced at him for a brief moment before dipping her head once more to watch the perfectly situated plant.

Irene flushed and shook her head. "That was a bit jumbled, .wasn't it? I ment you don't have to stay because I asked. I don't want to seem like I'm clingy. It's just I've enjoyed our conversations and I'm reluctant to have them end. That's all." She tried to clarify.

"It's not that. It's something else he regrets. He was in a dark mood when he chose to make me this toxic." Ashton said as she looked to her gloved hands. "I hate not feeling anything and now, worrying about hurting a friend by accident. " She explained as she looked to Allen.

"Darling, a restraining order couldn't keep me from chasing you. And if that sound as creepy as it sounds, I'm sorry." Dyrus joke with good humor. He glanced to Haley with a loving smiled as he watched her dutifully watch the plant. "How's it doing down there?" He asked.
