I have seen lots of hybrids too.
Not trying to discredit you or anything. But I am curious.
What kind of bantam? "Bantam" is kind of vague.
also, is this young bird growing at two or three times the rate of other chickens? Because coturnix grow extremely fast.
And, that bird does not show any quail characteristics.
I am going to have to go with Kev and Scaredofshadows.
Not saying anything bad, but I do know that hens can remain fertile for longer than the three weeks that everyone says.
I guess we will know as the bird grows. If it is truly a hybrid you will be able to tell for sure in another month or so.
Coturnix begin to breed at about 6 weeks. Keep an eye on him. He should start "crowing" in short order if he is a hybrid.
Edited to add: I have never seen a coturnix with blue, green, or yellow legs.
