Hairless have different degrees of hairlessness, some have very long flowy furnishings and others are nearly completely bald. Yours is pretty hairless and I'm betting what you see is what you get! He doesn't look likes he's ever been shaved and I'd bet he's not going to have any more hair then he has now. Here is a couple pics of my girl when she was around that age,

She gets stray body hairs just about like your boy and when she gets a bath I shave them. The hair on her ears is thick like the hair on her head, but I also shave that and her face. Breeders normally shave the ears on hairless and Powder Puffs til they are a year old because the hair weights the ears down and keeps them from standing, after a year some let the ear hair grow and it can be very long. I've always perfered the clean earred look, but have been considering letting it grow out just to see how it looks, if I can just stand the inbetween look long enough to get there!
