Is it possible to mate a brown and white Chinese goose? What would be the result?

Any typical domestic geese can be mated. The end result would be crossbred goslings that serve no real purpose in the world.

if I have a pair of Embdens and a pair of Chinese, will they crossbreed or breed with each other?

Yes you can mate them. Also Embdens and Chinese will also cross breed.

For that matter I have a pair of rouens, pekins, and was thinking about a blue swedish. Will they mate with each other or crossbreed? They are 2 weeks old and each pair seems to prefer their counterpart.

The males of most all poultry are somewhat promiscuous. Though the Embdens and Chinese are likely pairs and will stick together for the most part, odds are at some point in the season a the males will mate the other female.

Ducks are even worse, unless you seperate your breeds out most everything will be mixed.

I didn't realize that. Thanks for the helpful information.
