that's why I now have Peepers jr. and Peepers the 3rd. i hatched Peepers's eggs and kept the babies.

I have a 3 year old and a 5 month old and a mastiff who might as well be considered a child too... My day stays busy all day! Except it seems on hatch day I'm glued to the darn incubator window... So daisy I may not have as many kiddos here but I totally understand the whole eggs... Sad to say just lost and egg due to my daughter... She wanted to look at them and an accident later on cracked egg... Oh well 11 is good right?

some of those Die Hards took far too long. It was rediculous! I should add Die Hard to the NYD hatch dictionary!

You forgot evening of day 21 panick sets in on eggs not hatched. Hairpulling and fretting begins in earnest while hatchaholic mutters just one more day n it'll make it.

I thought that actually starts on day 20?

I think these symptoms vary per individual and are known to last to day 25 in some cases.

Raven, so sorry to hear of your loss

Well, my 20 BW Ameraucana, OE's (F1) and Rock/Marans eggs from halo are buzzin along! All developing as they should be! They were set on, um....the 6th I've got 4 of my own eggs along with em, and they're developing on schedule as well!

My BLRW look alright, I've got a couple slight leakers, but nothing major, and I've been keepin a close eye on em. They're developing right along with the rest of em, and they were set on the 7th. A couple of my mixed flock eggs made it in, for stabilizers, and looks to be developing alright!!

I made sure none of em were hard boiled this time too
