chinese no name 48 egg automatic incubator problems PLEASE HELP!

i only had one egg in there to check if the incy works and had a successful hatch, now i want to put the rest of the eggs in but the only problem is that whenever i press the reset button it only resets the 2 hour countdown timer, it dont put the days back to day 0, does anyone else have this problem ?

Hi, I had too problem with reset of days counter. Reset is possible when you press buttons (+) and (-) in one moment for 5 seconds.

Hi everyone, I'm having this same problem. I've tried holding down just the reset button and that only resets the egg turner and holding down the + and - buttons for five seconds and that doesn't do anything.

Any idea how to reset the days to 0??

I have a 48 egg chinese incubator. How do you set the day counter to 1. I tried the reset button, and the I tried the + - buttons at the same time for 5 seconds but nothing everything works but the day counter

If you push the rotation button(red and green arrows on mine) and hold it in, it will reset the days back to zero!

I have the same incubator. Ihad to do a quick crash course my first use with no practice run as my favorite hen was killed and I desperately needed to have her eggs hatch. Did nearly everything wrong, right up to eggs facing wrong way up! Took nearly the entire time to regulate the humidity.mine has two holes in the side which with no instructions I came to figure out they must be to allow for adding water without actually opening said incubator. Anywho,miracle was that one tiny little replica of my Angel still managed to get itself born! But it was mad as hell about its surroundings. Thankfully I had a cousin of Angel who as fate would have it had hatched out her brood of two the day before! So I pUT tiny little Faith under Star who fostered her like her own! Anyway as usual, I digress. ..I followed the instructions on this post to reset counter to zero and it worked smoothly! Problem is its on zero and my guinea eggs are on day two. Oh well, can't win them all ☺thanks everyone who posts so that others may learn.
