Chinese silkie with nose bleeds and gunk in her eyes

My Chinese silkie is getting nose bleeds all the time, I first thought it was because she couldn't see so I trimmed her hair around her eyes. But she is still getting nose bleeds. I have noticed also that in the past 3 days she is getting this pussy runny stuff coming out of both of her eyes. Don't know if this has something to do with it? Can someone please help me out

I suspect she could possibly be suffering from ILT (infectious laryngotracheitis) which is a viral respiratory disease that can cause coughing, wheezing, gaping and gasping, along with blood-tinged secretions from the beak. It is a reportable disease in many states and territories. I would call your state vet for advice, and to ask questions about the disease being common in your area.
