I am guessing Embden.

My Chinese have very long slender necks, similar to swans. Your goslings neck looks thicker and shorter - more Emdben-ish than Chinese.

I actually called the place that I got the goose back, and found out that they only carry African, Toulouse, and EMBDENS! So you all were right. There's my answer. Thanks for all your help!
