Chirping a lot

Feed store told me no they were too young.

One of the first thing my broody hens do with their chicks is take them to an area where they can peck at the ground. That gets grit in their system. Then she feeds them whatever she finds. If a grasshopper or cricket is too big she'll peck it into bite sized pieces for them.

This is just two or three days after they hatch. Yours are not too young but they do need grit.

So adding them to a run in a day or two will help right

I don't know why yours are chirping. I doubt if they are in distress, more likely they are happy to see you as you may be bringing them food or maybe they have imprinted on you. Moving them to the coop will probably give them more room, they should like that. Giving them access to the run should also make them happier. It will not hurt.

Thank you everyone! You have been so helpful!!! I went and got them baby cake and worms from feed store in town they loved the baby cake. I only gave a little. Then I am gonna try a little watermelon later since it’s now 90 outside today.
