It is possible. As I understand it, the chick can start to chirp as soon as he gets his beak into the air cell inside the egg. Congratulations, you have chicks on the way very soon!!

wow that's awesome!!! well reason i was freaking out was because i have 8 one week old chicks upstairs. The door is closed and we have 10 foot ceilings...but even then when you go upstairs out of the family room...the ceilings go up another 5 feet. The room the week olds are in is directly above the room where my bator is....so i was thinking i was just hearing the babies upstairs...but i just can't see how it was them because the door is closed and they are another floor up??? Maybe im hearing them through the air vent's from upstairs??? lol ahhhhh!!!!!!!!! this is killing me

omg i just confirmed it. THEY ARE chirping!! wow this is nut's!!!

omg omg what do i do now?? Temp is 99, i have a dish with sponge and water in it...but BOTH of my plugs are still in "LG Forced air" The humidity is reading 68%. I took the plug out a few days ago my humidty PLUMMETED!!! along with my temp..."went down to 95" But i know my chicks need fresh air to circulate. ahhh what should i do??

As soon as a chick hatches, your humidity will jump up another 5% or so. The wet chicks really add a lot of humidity. You can pull the plugs then.
