She's not "sitting" yet. She will add fluff and wait until her clutch is larger. Scovies will wait until they have anywhere fm 10-20+ eggs. If others are contributing to her clutch it may get quite large. Chloe only had 13 eggs but that was due to me taking some out and adding them to another nest. Chloe probably laid 20 eggs before going broody. Even when your neighborly Scovy begins sitting, she may only sit at night before sitting through the day. You don't start counting the 34-36 days until she begins sitting all day & night with just a short break or two to eat and take a quick bath.
