I had cocci earlier this year and my vet gave me Baycox which cleared them right up after 2 days. Hopefully you can get some in the morning. Best of luck.

Also do you think I should give them and all round former as well?

I would give them a wormer if they haven't been wormed recently. It's certainly a possibility that they could have worms or other parasites- you should look at perhaps Ivermectin (many brands available) as it will also kill lice and mites.
