I am forming a list now of any who are interested. If you would like to be on the list, PM me with your name, email addy, and if you want eggs, chicks, started or adults, I know everyone is different. I will also help anyone that gets them from me with the genetics of breeding them if they need it. Keep in mind it will be 2010 before they are produced, and it looks like Bantam will come first.

It would be nice if they could lay chocolate eggs. My wife would love for me to have chickens if that were the case.

Just wondering what you will use. I know that the chocolate OEGB and wyandottes are all dun and act like blue. The only thing I can think of here in the US that might work are the fawn OEGB but I am not sure if they come in solid fawn, just silver fawn and then you would have to worry about the pattern and all.
Do you mind me asking what you plan on using?
