I didn't think I could ever eat too much chocolate, but tonight I came pretty close to the limit!

I'm learning to cook fudge, so that I don't have to pay $4 for six little squares at the supermarket.
 
At a family 4th of July picnic, a young cook was complaining that her chocolate cake looked awful. I said and I sincerely believe, there is no way you can mess up chocolate!! And now the "experts" are saying dark chocolate is actually GOOD for us--at last an expert who I believe!!

Chocoholic here. It's brutal. I love it.

And please don't mess my chocolate up with raisins or coconut. I prefer straight shots, milk chocolate.
