Cholesterol in eggs?

It may be true, but the answer is irrelevant (from the human health perspective anyway).

Does the cholesterol level in eggs matter at all? If one brushes aside all the ridiculous folklore surronding the alimentary cholesterol, the answer is a resounding NO.

And free range eggs are even better. To the OP: here's a comparison of free range vs battery eggs, cholesterol and other nutrients. The cholesterol levels in free range eggs are much lower.
