Thanks so muh guys, sorry i havent been active in a very long time!
So to answer your questions and clear it up:
Yes, the frizzle is younger than the two but when they were chicks she became the dominant hen until when i posted this originally where the big hen started to attack her.
I myself do get stressed when they fight as the little one would cower while the other one would stand on her and peck.
Anyway I ended up isolating the bully for a week or two but it did nothing so I ended up giving her too my neighbour. And I visit her when I can
