Hello everyone and thanks for voting! As you know today is the day that I rally up the results for the May 2016 breed voting. The top three breeds from that list are as follows:
First Place: Sussex (a very clear winner with 7 votes!)
Second Place: *tie* Dominique and Faverolles
Third Place: *three way tie* Buckeye, New Hampshire Red, and Welsummer
For the June list I have put together a list of ten standard size breeds. I will tally up this list on July 3, 2016. The list of ten breeds is as follows:
1. Jersey Giant
2. Turken (Naked Neck)
3. Ancona
4. Sicilian Buttercup
5. Hamburg
6. Barnevelder
7. Easter Egger
8. Polish
9. Cornish
10. Cochin
Please use the same voting format as before which is:
1. (Breed choice number one) ex. Easter Eggers
2. (Breed choice number two) ex. Turken (Naked Neck)

I also continue to encourage you to suggest breeds for lists to come. This would be a big help! To suggest a breed(s) you can PM me or just post it here on this thread.

For July's list I think I am going to put all the top breeds from each list together and have them "battle" to see which one is the ultimate winner! I can do this sort of thing every couple months. What do you think of this idea?
