hi again all, about two weeks ago I posted about hatching Runner Duck eggs. Yesterday my boyfriend put an external temp. gauge in the incubator and it read 60*C and we have realised the incubator is very, very broken. We are looking to get a new one and you experts should be able to give me the pros and cons of different models.
So. Seeing as our incubator ( set to 37.5 degrees) cooked our eggs we will be getting another dozen once we make a decision to a new one.
1- hand turned or auto? We are only doing a dozen but my boyfriend is forgetful and I'm not there to turn them all the time. Also I figure that ducks should be turned as many times as possible which we can't do. Model suggestions?
2- where should we leave the incubator? The house is quite often hot so should the incubator be left somewhere cooler? We are also in a temperate region so that adds to the external heat.

Thank you, if I have any other questions I'll be sure to ask.

The Incuview is the most affordable, reliable incubator on the market. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to change out parts if something does break. The turner and turning tray are included so it's not an extra expense. And it's completely programmable for a wide variety of incubating conditions.
