Chop or Neck Slit?

I've done it both ways and I like the cone. Your not having to restrain the bird and hope your not going to chop a part of your body.
Hubby also threw my chopping block I made into a fire by accident. It had 2 large nails in it about 1 1/2"-2" apart.
