Just got back from vacation! Sent mine to CA before I left on the 19th I think. And I got mine from Tina (tfpets). A lovely wind chime and chicken heating pad/small pillow type thing. Thanks so much! I love them.
I forgot to post too that I mailed a very very special package to someone special in ARCADIA FLORIDA on SATURDAY (12/20) going PRIORITY (cuz our weather has been so dang awful that I haven't left the house) ...
I will be wearing this as I deliver Christmas trays tomorrow.
She also included a set of boxed cards (so cute!) A lovely picture frame, and a BIG bag of seashells that my kids too for show and tell (I live in the desert of the central plains!)
IT CAME! Thanks so much Christina. I got a lip balm that has a citrus smell to it. A barn candle in Christmas scent, I'll burn that on Christmas day. How did you know I wanted the Pocketful of Poultry book? I had been looking at this at TSC just last week. With all the different chicken breeds in it for me to look at and show to my friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you
Jenny I'm glad you like the tea set. Your lucky you got it and I didn't keep it myself.
I received a wonderful package from 'wegotchickens'...Lori thank you so very much. I will get pics posted soon but the run down for everyone...
2 beautiful handmade salt ornaments which I absolutely adore...1 hen 1 roo, a wonderful little bag of sweet treats, a little bag of girlie stuff (the lip balm is most appreciated this time of year),a hand knitted scarf that is fabulous and in my fav color theme, a wonderful fleece scarf and the greatest.....pecans from her mom's place in georgia and a cracking set.
Lori..just so you know...my father was born, raised and graduated school from Cairo, GA and I cannot tell you how much that bag of pecans means to me....it is like a bit of my childhood came to Oregon. They will be pies tomorrow!
