No one sees how I can sit with the chickens for hours and hours.

Why not build an incubator now? Redneck has built a couple. Aran built one. I have built one - matter of fact lots of us 'wimmin folk' have built our own. That way you can ask Santa for hatching eggs or any number of OTHER goodies!

Yeah!!!!!!! Problem is I don't know how and if I did I would still be scared of doing something wrong. I can just say I want an incubator and hatching eggs. Oh trust me, I have the PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE look.

I want a back scratcher...lol, seriously! I've asked Santa the last two years for a back scratcher and have yet to get one.....

My mother called me the other day just to ask me what I wanted for Xmas. I was afraid to tell her anything! But meanwhile I'm thinking, chicks, hen house, chicks, chicken food, chicks, hatching eggs.......chicks......(plus I know she'll roll her eyes, she isn't quite sure where I came from in our family!)

a farm but that will never happen so another chicken tractor to move some high quality marans and blue aracanas in. AND A VERY QUITE ROOSTER THAT WILL NEVER CROW
( don't worry I know this will never happen) I am only 15 and I have spent all my money on chicks and there coop my family laughs at me all the time but they may be city people I am a country boy. I want to move to vermont after I go to cornell agro and make artisanal goat cheese with a flock of toggenburgs.LoL

I know what you mean hcammack!!!!! My dad is fairly "country" but my stepmom is not country at all!!!!! When I'm ready to move out of the house I'm moving to my grandmothers 22 acre farm. I have a piece of land up there and am dying to move me and my animals out there. Anyways Christmas is going to be all about chickens this year, I mean what else could a gil want?????? Chickens, her dog, and her room!!

For Christmas I would like to move to my property in Colorado. Have a very large partitioned coop for several breeds of chickens. A large barn for my horses and goats. Not too big a list, huh?
