City attack half my flock gone :(

I can see areas where you have the wire overlapped; make sure that they are thoroughly fastened together. You can sew them together with strand wire, you can use j-clips or loxit rings or hog rings. No sure how predator proof zip ties are, but they would be better than nothing.

I did a combo of zip ties and fence clamps on the overlapping wire.
I had raccoons as pets as a child, so Im trying remember all the stuff they got into.
I hate to shoot them, being they are just doing what come naturally but, they were wasteful and didnt eat all the chickens they killed!
So I'll trap them and turn them over to the township. I know they are not afraid of people BC the lady across the street feed stray cats and well that feeds all the neighborhood critters too, skunk, possum, & raccoon. So I fear this will be an ongoing problem. My dog was not happy with the raccoon scent in the yard and "mark the coop as hers" after the second visit.
