Does anyone have dosing info for my chicken?

Is the medication to attempt to treat the chicken in this link below?
If so, I agree with the other posters in the thread, it looks like she has Fowl Pox which is a Virus. An antibiotic will not treat Fowl Pox with it being a virus.
