Clean legged Cochin bantam

Had one of my golden laced Cochin bantam chicks hatch this am but it has clean legs. The only chickens in the enclosure are the pair of bantams and two sapphire gem hens. Is this something that happens sometimes?

No. She is just hours old. I just moved her and mom to their own space, and am not wanting to disturb them. (Or get bitten again lol) she looks exactly like her momma did as a baby, but with clean legs.

No. That’s why I don’t get it lol. She is only with her roo of the same breed in her coop/run.
