Clean legged silkies

Hi

I was wondering how i could breed a clean legged silkie?
I was thinking of only breeding silkies with the least leg feather i can find.

Why? I don’t understand trying to remove one of the wonderful traits of silkies ...... I love my silkies feet

I like their feet but quite a few people have said to me that they hate feathered legs amd if not for that they would have silkies. It think its sad.

Did you have success producing silkies with little or no feathers on their leg?. I am one of those who does not prefer feathered feet/legs.
