I would try something like a hair dryer and blow as much air and heat into the pores of that bator as you can. Bleach does evaporate but I am guessing it got into that styrofoam pretty good. The vapors are not very kind so I would try hard to get rid of as much of the odor as possible. I dont know what it would do to the eggs, but too much bleach can sure make your eyes and lungs burn.
A lot of people use too much bleach in their sanitzing solutions. I have been in the food business for nearly all of my life and bleach in the correct concentration is great. More is not better. About two ounces in a gallon of water is all it takes.
When inspectors checked our bleach water solution in food areas they were just as concerned about too strong a concentration as they were too weak. If I remember correctly it is about 300 parts per million. We had a test stick that we used. I do know that for a gallon of water it was only a couple of ounces. The sanitzing solution should only smell mildly of bleach.
