I want to try water-glassining eggs but some of my eggs come out kinda "poopy". Since the eggs still have to have the "bloom" on them, how can I clean the eggs and still have them OK for water-glassins ?

Just use the clean eggs for water glassing. Use the slightly dirty eggs for more immediate use.
